What are the access times for exhibitors?
Exhibitors with an Exhibitor badge can access the show at the following times:

Tuesday 01/10: 07:00 - 20:00
Wednesday 02/10: 07:00 - 20:00
Thursday 03/10: 07:00 - 20:00
Friday 04/10: 07:00 - 17:30
What are the assembly/dismantling days and times? Do I need a badge to access the exhibition fairgrounds?



ATTENTION: vehicles will only be authorized to enter the site on presentation of an “Assembly/Disassembly” badge (to be downloaded in your Exhibitor area).

In 2024, the the stands set-up will be possible:

- Outdoor stands: 
- 26/09 to 29/09 from 07h00 to 20h00 
- 30/09 from 07h00 to midnight.

 - Indoor stands:
- 28/09 and 29/09 from 07h00 to 20h00
- 30/09 from 07h00 to midnight.

Dismantling will be possible:

- Outdoor stands:
- 04/10 from 18h30 to 23h30 
- 05/10 to 08/10 from 07h00 to 20h00.

- Indoor stands: 
- 04/10 from 18h30 to 23h30 
- 05/10 and 06/10 from 07h00 to 20h00.
Are there parking lots for exhibitors?



Yes, car parks P1, P2, P3 and P7 are reserved for exhibitors.
To access them, you will need to buy "Exhibitor parking" badges from your "Exhibitor area".
How do I unload/reload my equipment? Where should I store my containers?
A loading/unloading service is at your disposal: you can book the service from your "Exhibitor area".
On arrival at the site, your carrier stops at the "RĂ©gie lifting" to report; we will guide him to your stand and carry out the lifting service.

Your containers can be stored for the duration of the show: the service can also be booked in your "Exhibitor area".
