The field visits to breeding farms and our meetings at the show with French livestock selection businesses were both comprehensive and highly informative.
The only downside about the SOMMET DE L’ELEVAGE is that it is over too quickly !
I will definitely be back in 2010, however, the year that the Charolais is set to take centre stage.
