What are the access times for exhibitors?
Exhibitors with an Exhibitor badge may access the site during Installation/Dismantling
and on show days at the following schedules:
Tuesday 07/10: 06:30 AM - 09:30 PM
Wednesday 08/10: 06:30 AM - 09:30 PM
Thursday 09/10: 06:30 AM - 09:30 PM
Friday 10/10: 06:30 AM - 05:30 PM
What are the assembly/dismantling days and times? Do I need a badge to access the exhibition fairgrounds?
ATTENTION: entry will only be authorized to the site on presentation of an “Installation/Dismantle” badge or Exhibtior badge
In 2025, the the stands setup will be possible:
Outdoor stands:
- 02/10 to 05/10 from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- 06/10 from 7:00 AM to midnight.
Indoor stands:
- 04/10 and 05/10 from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- 06/10 from 7:00 AM to midnight.
Dismantling will be possible:
Outdoor stands:
- 10/10 from 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM
- 11/10 to 14/10 from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Indoor stands:
- 10/10 from 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM
- 11/10 and 12/10 from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Are there parking lots for exhibitors?
Yes, P1, P2, P3, and P6 parking lots are reserved for exhibitors.
To access them, you will need to purchase "Exhibitor Parking" badges from your Exhibitor Area.
In the "My Registration / Orders" tab, click on the green button "Order your additional services", in the "Choice of your access tickets" section, you can purchase parking spaces (as well as exhibitor badges, VIP access, invitations and e-invitations).
How do I unload/reload my equipment? Where should I store my containers?
A loading/unloading service is at your disposal: you can book the service from your "Exhibitor area".
On arrival at the site, your carrier stops at the "Régie lifting" to report; we will guide him to your stand and carry out the lifting service.
Your containers can be stored for the duration of the show: the service can also be booked in your "Exhibitor area".
Do you want to have a package or mail delivered to your booth?

How can I assign an exhibitor badge?

Make sure you have badges available; otherwise, follow the steps in "How to buy access tickets (exhibitor badges, invitations, parking badges)?".
Then, follow these steps:
1. Click on "+ Members".2. Fill in the information about the team member, their role, and whether they need badge.
*If you wish to add several people at once, you can copy/paste from an Excel list.
3. Assign a role
- Administrator: This person has access to the entire exhibitor space and all exhibitor menus. (*Does not include access to the event site: exhibitor badge required)
- Sales Contact: This person can be linked to a business meeting appointment space and manage their appointments from their personal space.
- Exhibitor Badge: This person will be registered and will be assigned a badge to access the event. Without this box checked, the person will not have access to the event.
Warning!
Setup/Dismantling Badge: If you are using a stand builder and they do not have an exhibitor badge, this badge is mandatory!
How can I send invitations to my clients?

Make sure you have badges available; otherwise, follow the steps in "How to buy access tickets (exhibitor badges, invitations, parking badges)?".
You can invite participants to the event « Add guests » :
- 1 by 1, by entering participant details manually;
- En masse , by copying and pasting a list from Excel.
You'll be able to track participants who have registered, thanks to your invitation.
