Bale retainer

KRONEBale retainer

The KRONE bale retainer is a hydraulic solution that holds the round bale at the moment of ejection by stopping its momentum, without putting pressure on the baler’s rear door. It is particularly useful in hilly or sloped areas, helping to prevent bales from rolling downhill. This is a manufacturer-designed solution that does not affect the machine's warranty. A hydraulic clamp is mounted on the baler’s frame without modifying it. The flaps are operated by two single-acting cylinders and are adjustable to ensure a secure hold, regardless of bale density. The bale drops into the clamp and is stopped immediately upon ejection from the chamber. No more need to move to flat ground to drop the bale — saving both time and fuel.

CurveControl

AMAZONE SACurveControl

From seeding to fertilization, depending on the equipment used, the amount of product applied is adjusted in curves. Without this system, areas on the inside of the turn are overdosed, while those on the outside are underdosed. On precision planters, this adjustment is made by increasing the speed of the drive motors. On sprayers, it is achieved by switching to a different set of nozzles or by combining nozzle switching with flow adjustments to reach the required application rate. Finally, on spreaders, this is done by coordinating the adjustment of the feed point, the disc rotation speed, and the opening of the shutters.

Power x2

DIECI FRANCEPower x2

The Power x2 range includes three models with a lifting capacity from 5 to 6.5 tonnes, a lifting height from 7.70 m to 8.60 m, a 172 hp FPT engine, and a hydraulic flow rate of 305 l/min. The Power x2 models are equipped with a continuously variable transmission (CVT) — for the first time ever, a telehandler features this type of transmission, allowing the machine to operate with the speed and power of a tractor. Thanks to this CVT transmission, the Power x2 reaches a top speed of 50 km/h, ensuring excellent responsiveness and significant time savings during road travel. The suspended front axle activates above 5 km/h, delivering superior stability and driving comfort, even on rough terrain. The Power x2 range also stands out for its exceptional 30-tonne towing capacity, making it ideal for the heaviest tasks, whether for hauling or intensive work. An optional tilt correction system can be integrated to enhance safety and maneuverability on sloped or uneven terrain.
