EasyTram

AMAZONE SAEasyTram

EasyTram is based on the creation of a digital tramline map. From a management platform, the user defines the future traffic lanes intended for spraying, fertilization, or other crop operations. This map is then transferred to the seed drill terminal as an application map. During sowing, the row-by-row shut-off function automatically closes the seeding units at the locations defined for the tramlines, then reopens them once the tramlines have been created. Unlike traditional tramlining systems, the tramlines are no longer linked to the sowing direction. This technology allows farmers to freely choose the orientation best suited to their field and agronomic objectives, while maintaining optimized lanes for future operations. In particular, it makes it possible to sow perpendicular to slopes in order to reduce runoff and soil erosion.

Fendt ForageQualityCam

FENDTFendt ForageQualityCam

The ForageQualityCam system consists of an in-cab screen connected to a camera and AI-assisted image analysis, enabling real-time assessment of grain processing quality. The camera analyzes the crop flow in the chute and delivers thirteen images per second to a high-performance external computing unit. This unit determines the quality of grain cracking from the images using an algorithm specially developed for this purpose. The analysis results are transmitted in real time to a dedicated terminal in the forage harvester cab.

This system allows the forage harvester operator to monitor grain cracking quality and, if necessary, immediately adjust the settings of the forage harvester and the kernel processor to optimize the result and ensure better feed utilization by the animals.

GreaseControl

SAMSON AGRO SASUGreaseControl

GreaseControl connects the automatic lubrication system to the slurry tanker’s electronic architecture, enabling real-time configuration and monitoring directly from the in-cab terminal. The system autonomously manages the lubrication of key components (running gear and suspension, pumping arm, turbine). As an option, lubrication monitoring for the spreading implement can also be connected to the terminal. The combination of the automatic lubrication pump and implement monitoring marks a new step forward in preventive maintenance. This intelligent, automatic lubrication solution ensures consistent lubrication and therefore improves safety when using the equipment.

TAGS (Tractor Assisted Guidance Systems)

DEUTZ FAHR TAGS (Tractor Assisted Guidance Systems)

The TAGS function transforms safety and comfort in the use of next-generation tractors. It helps monitor and protect the driver, whether in the field or on the road. It provides road sign assistance, recognition of traffic signs, obstacles, and people around the machine, with information displayed on the dashboard. The function maintains a safe distance from vehicles ahead and includes adaptive off-road cruise control and collision warning. This true innovation gives drivers greater peace of mind during their work and on the road, thanks to a range of technologies inspired by the automotive sector.

KRONE Swadro BaleTrain

KRONE FRANCEKRONE Swadro BaleTrain

The KRONE Swadro BaleTrain is a unique combination of a twin-rotor central delivery rake and a KRONE round baler or baler-wrapper combination, making it possible for a single operator to manage the entire operation. KRONE has adapted its Swadro TC 880 central delivery rake so that it can be paired with a round baler or a baler-wrapper combination. Rotor speed can be adjusted to 540 or 400 rpm using a specially developed drive gearbox. This makes it possible to adapt to forage volumes while preserving crop quality. The baler is continuously driven at 540 rpm. This solution marks a clear step forward in the forage harvesting sector. It allows the user to work alone, reducing labor requirements and fuel consumption.
