PTH 1200/820 M industrial shredder, for those looking for productivity, reliability and quality.
The PTH 1200/820 M are robust and powerful machines, designed and sized, in every part, to transform industrial volumes of wood into wood chips.
These shredders are capable of processing large quantities of woody biomass of all types in a short time, producing up to 150 cubic metres per hour of high-quality, uniform wood chips. These wood chips can be used in large power stations, gasifiers or small boilers.
The diameter of the shredder drum (820 mm) and the width of the inlet (1200 mm) allow the machine to process logs up to 600 mm in diameter.
The hydraulic blower, which comes as standard on this family of machines, allows you to adjust the rotation speed continuously. With dry material, it is possible to work at low speed, which reduces energy consumption and the production of fines. With wet and sticky material, the speed can be increased to remove the woodchips easily and under the best conditions.
