Description

Cleaning and unclogging a drain or collector helps improve rainwater flow and prevents stagnant water from accumulating in a field. In addition, maintaining a drainage network can significantly improve the yield of crops grown on the drained plot. The Brard et Sarran high-pressure drain cleaner is highly effective for unclogging operations caused by roots (rapeseed, horsetail, etc.) or silt deposits built up over several years. Our drain cleaner is equipped with several types of nozzles to work in different kinds of drains (plastic, clay, collector) or pipelines, and in various diameters. It can therefore be used both in agricultural fields and in pipeline networks on farms, in milking parlors, municipalities, sewer systems, oil drilling sites, and more. The shape of our nozzles and the angle of the jets allow them to penetrate blockages effectively, push the hose as far as possible, and protect the drain structure at the same time. The working capacity of our drain cleaner ranges from 1.5 to 2.5 ha/day, depending on the operator’s experience and the difficulty of the job. The cleaner is transported on a tractor’s 3-point hitch and can also be stored or transported on a dedicated trolley for machinery cooperatives. Drain cleaner with high-pressure pump, 41 L/min at 200 bar, chassis, hydraulic hose reel, foldable guide arm with hydraulic pusher, linear meter counter, disengageable gearbox from 540 to 1000 rpm, PTO adjustment at 500 rpm, 10 m suction hose with filter, nozzle for plastic drains and nozzle for collectors, orange hose with 23 mm diameter (rigid under pressure), 3-point hitch mounting, and toolbox included.
