Eloi is the platform that connects farmers looking to retire with the next generation of farmers. Generational renewal is the major challenge facing the agricultural sector: one in two farmers will retire within the next decade. On Eloi, farmers looking to sell post an advert, prospective farmers discover available farms, and the two generations communicate directly to move forward with their plans for farm succession or setting up a new farm. Chambers of Agriculture, Safer, banks and organisations supporting new farmers also use the platform to facilitate connections within their regions.
