Description

The Foirail de la Chambière is a modern space dedicated to livestock trading, offering a comprehensive infrastructure for managing and marketing your animals. With an 8,600 m² exhibition hall that can accommodate up to 2,800 animals, it offers 616 presentation pens adapted to each category (calves, young cattle, dairy and beef cattle) and 56 equipped loading/unloading parks. The Foirail includes advanced services such as an automated washing area, a weighing scale, and a computer system for managing animal movements. A veterinary officer is present at each market, and a re-tagging service is provided every Tuesday. The site facilitates export to Italy and Spain thanks to a short-stay collection center. For user comfort, a 140-seat restaurant and an 80-seat meeting room are available. Quotations are regularly published on the Foirail website, in agricultural newspapers and on the FMBV website. The Bourg-en-Bresse market is a European reference, with a young cattle announcement service sent to exporters every week.
