The cooperative has successfully initiated and encouraged out-of-season production to supply high-quality French lambs all year round. TRADIVAL’s sheep division, equipped with modern and efficient slaughtering and cutting tools, ensures the value enhancement of its members’ production. It offers a complete range of products (whole carcasses, boneless lamb, compensated cuts, portioning, UVCI, and individual meat cuts).
