Who are we? A major French player in renewable energy development, Veles Énergies specializes in agrivoltaics and sustainable projects. Established in France since 2017, our team operates across several regions through our four offices in Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux and Châteauroux. From the very beginning, we have been developing, financing, building and managing numerous renewable energy projects, with a clear mission to accelerate access to renewable energy for a sustainable future. Our services Agrivoltaics is first and foremost a meaningful agricultural project. Our solar installations protect crops and livestock from climate hazards, diversify farmers’ income streams and strengthen the long term viability of agricultural operations. They also contribute to animal welfare, help combat land speculation and support local food and energy sovereignty. Solar farms are designed to adapt to different types of crops and livestock, taking into account the specific needs of each, including sheep, cattle and poultry. Panel height, row spacing and constraints related to breeds, feeding, grazing and machinery movement are carefully considered to ensure sustainable solar production that remains fully compatible with farming activities. Our agricultural expertise At Veles, we support farmers throughout every stage of their projects, with dedicated agricultural advisors available to answer all their questions.
