A public-interest association S.O.S Amitié is a listening support service. By calling 09 72 39 40 50, or via chat and messaging, its volunteer listeners welcome the words of anyone going through a difficult time and feeling the need to be heard and listened to in their suffering. S.O.S Amitié’s listening service is free, unconditional, and without judgment or advice. It gives each caller the opportunity to put their suffering into words. Its aim is to ease anxiety, help people gain perspective, rebuild confidence in their own inner resources, and, for some, rediscover the simple desire to live.
