INTERP'AURA brings together all links in the pork chain in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes: feed manufacturers, breeders, slaughterers and delicatessen producers. Together, they work towards efficient, sustainable and valued regional pork production. The interprofessional organisation's mission is to strengthen cohesion between the players in the sector, coordinate collective actions and defend common interests. It also plays a key role in promoting regional expertise and products from local pig farming.
