We will present the project we are carrying out in partnership with Biolait: engaging dairy farmers in low-carbon practices. We will discuss the relationships between our team, the Biolait team and the farmers, the project’s driving forces, and the low-carbon measures implemented on the ground. We will also discuss the specific characteristics of organic farming, Biolait’s unique quality approach, and the prospects for promoting milk with an emissions factor well below national averages—compared not only to conventional milk but also to organic milk.
