For the past 25 years, the Thorigné-d'Anjou experimental farm has been conducting trials on cereal-protein crop mixtures with the aim of ensuring the stability of the forage system. Julien Fortin and Pierre Buneau, the farm manager and an engineer at the farm, will present a summary of their research on this forage crop, focusing in particular on its resilience to climate change and weather fluctuations.
