Yesterday’s methods are no longer enough. In a context shaped by tensions in the labour market, the rise of generative AI, the ecological transition and generational renewal, farms, businesses and cooperatives face a major challenge: attracting new talent and inspiring them to build lasting careers in agricultural professions. How can employers respond to the new expectations of candidates? How can they promote these professions, embrace societal changes and strengthen the appeal of agricultural employers? What levers can be used to retain employees in a sector undergoing profound transformation? This conference will combine forward-looking analysis with practical feedback and experience. Alongside a farmer, an agricultural employee and an employer cooperative, André Chauvet, speaker and specialist in changes in work and employment, will provide concrete insight into these issues.
