Come and discover BioUpp, a Clermont-based start-up that transforms surplus energy into opportunities for anaerobic digestion! Thanks to its patented biomethanation technology, BioUpp converts CO₂ from anaerobic digestion and surplus renewable electricity into biomethane: a renewable gas that can be stored and fed into existing networks. Since April 2026, our pilot project has been operating under industrial conditions at the BIO-VALO site, with very encouraging results. Our ambition? To make anaerobic digestion a real driver of energy sovereignty for our regions, whilst generating additional income for farmers. 📅 Join us on 8 October at 4.00 pm at the Sommet de l’Élevage, at the Grange à Innovation stand, Place de l’Agora.
