The “Invitation à la ferme” (Invitation to the farm) network was started in 2015 by four organic milk farmers in Brittany and the Pays-de-Loire regions of France. The objective is to offer global support to the network’s members through diversification into the production and marketing of farmhouse ice cream. These include the network’s confirmed recipes for success that have made the ultra-fresh offer the achievement that it is: mutualisation, feasibility studies, recipes, marketing, communication etc. Each farm, a shareholder in the business Invitation à la ferme, pays a percentage of its sales to continue to benefit from the mutual services on offer.
