Description
The Fasterholt self-moving irrigator is a unique concept: the hose reel and the gun are both mounted on the same 4-wheel chassis. The polyethylene hose is laid on the ground and reeled in without ever being pulled, eliminating mechanical wear on the PE pipe. The machine travels and irrigates in both straight lines and wide curves, significantly reducing the number of positions required and cutting overall handling time compared to conventional hose reel machines.
Combined with the RainDancer system, GPS-based management continuously adjusts the gun angle to match the exact shape of the field ensuring uniform water distribution in curves, headlands and field edges, with no operator intervention required.
