The Bovalherb project aims to propose grass-based finishing strategies for suckler females that deliver multiple forms of performance, including in terms of meat quality, in order to meet societal expectations while creating added value across the sector. Discover the results obtained for the different strategies tested: zootechnical performance, carcass quality, fatty acid composition of the meat, sensory evaluations of the meat by expert and consumer panels, and positioning in terms of multiperformance.
