Since 1978, Realdyme has industrially mastered the micronisation of plant materials — a know-how, not a novelty. The innovation lies elsewhere: by fragmenting particles and multiplying a material's accessible surface, micronisation reveals functionalities of different natures. We will illustrate this principle through REALDYME®, made of selected wheat fractions which, once micronised, become a fermentable fibre supporting digestive resilience in the young animal.
